About Us
Zach, an amazing chef and travel enthusiast, adventure seeker with a larger than life personality has worked in the service industry for many years, knew that when the idea of owning a food truck basically fell into Zach's lap he had to jump on it. There was magic waiting to be made in small town Vero Beach, Florida and the surrounding areas.
Many of Zachs' creations are designed from his favorite cuisines eaten around the world. From Japanese street food, to everyday staples he made in Hawaii. He has hand crafted a menu of dishes that hold a special place in his heart, and is ready to share with the world.
I am so excited to be on this journey, and looking forward to meeting you all.

Meet Dolly, or as we called her, Mammy. She's the very special lady behind the name. Growing up, we all ate around her dinner table and made the memories that will be cherished forever.
I can only hope that when you and your family & friends come to eat, you can make life long memories too. That's what Dolly would want!
